7 Day Return:

No Returns without Authorization Number.

We will exchange or refund unused and undamaged items within 7 days of receiving. Please contact us before any returns are made. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and must be packed or repacked for return to protect against damage while in transit for full product refund or replacement.

Returns will be subject up to a 15% restocking fee unless waived by Blackbird Pole Systems.

Items to be returned to Blackbird at owner’s expense.

12 Month Warranty:

Our guarantee covers all products with manufacturing defects within 12 months. We will replace the defective part. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by wear and tear.

Please note, our warranty extends to our products only, and excludes any liability for injuries to third parties or property damage.

Lifetime Clamp & Fittings Warranty:

Our clamps and fittings carry a LIFETIME warranty. This does not include hoses. Contact us and we will arrange a replacement part.
